Contain fields in struct CSGInfo

Parameters

mcc	A 16-bit integer representation of MCC. Range: 0 to 999.
mnc	A 16-bit integer representation of MCC. Range: 0 to 999.
csg_list_cat	Closed subscriber group category. Values: 0 - NAS_CSG_LIST_CAT_UNKNOWN 1 - NAS_CSG_LIST_CAT_ALLOWED 2 - NAS_CSG_LIST_CAT_OPERATOR
id	Closed subscriber group identifier.
name_len	Number of sets of the following elements: name
name	Home Node B (HNB) or Home eNode B (HeNB) name in UTF-16.
